We may at any time modify the Terms & Conditions of Use of the website without any prior notification to you. In the event the modified Terms & Conditions is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified Terms & Conditions of Use of this site.
Payments can be made by Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, eWallets & Cash On Delivery.
All products – opened or not – can be returned for any reason. Send the items back to us within 60 days and we’ll refund your money. Once we receive the package, we’ll refund you via the same method of payment with which you paid. You will receive the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we’re sorry, but we can’t accept this item as a return.
- If you’re returning a product due to a defect or an error made by us, please email or chat with our customer care.
- If you ordered more than 1 of a specific product, only 1 of those items may be returned opened. All other items must be in a factory sealed container. For example, ordered three boxes of the same supplement? You may return one opened, but the other two need to be sealed.
- If you’re returning 12 or more of the same items, there will be a 15% restocking fee due to inventory control and those pesky shelf-life limits. Quantities over 100 will not be accepted and will be considered a final sale.
- When returning items from an order that originally qualified for free shipping, Rs.100 will be deducted from your total refund if the new order value (less the return) is less than Rs.1000.
- Fitness apparel must be returned in new and unworn condition with original tags intact and original packaging for a full refund. Any product(s) that have been damaged, show visible stains, markings, signs of wear or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.Due to the nature of the products which we sell, we do not accept returns of used products.
In case of receipt of wrongly sent items, please report the same to our Customer Service team within 24hrs of receiving the product, along with a photograph of the same & the invoice of the purchase. firstname.lastname@example.org
In case you feel that the product received is damaged/defective & not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with a photograph of the same & the invoice of the purchase. Our customer care after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of a damaged/defective product, once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days. In the case it was a COD, we will issue a cheque within 10 days of receipt of the cancellation request.
The products will be allotted to the customers whose payment has been received first. Items for orders placed together may be shipped separately. We use best possible courier service to ensure that the products reach you on time and safely.
We shall have no liability to you for Content that may be deemed offensive, indecent, or objectionable to you.
To protect your privacy and security, we will verify your identity before granting access or making changes to your personally-identifying information.
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on the website as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. Our products are handmade with natural ingredients and hence there could be a slight difference in colour for the same products.
Prices for products are described on our Website and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. All prices are in Indian rupees. Prices, products and Services may change at our discretion.
We may suspend or terminate your use of the website or any Service if it believes, in its sole and absolute discretion that you have breached any of the Terms.
If any provision of the Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity or un-enforceability shall attach only to such provision or part of such provision and the remaining part of such provision and all other provisions of these Terms shall continue to be in full force and effect.
These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
Upon placing an order, we shall ship the product to you and be entitled to its payment for the Services.
